By using the indoguna.myshopify.com website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price is incorrectly listed, or there are indications of misuse.
Order confirmation will be sent via email after payment has been successfully verified.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), including VAT if applicable.
Payment is made during checkout via the available methods. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping

See the Shipping page for full details. Shipping is done via GOJEK / GRAB Instant. Deterioration of quality due to collective courier services is beyond our responsibility.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Items can be exchanged if they do not match the product title ordered.
Claims are only processed a maximum of 1 x 24 hours from the time the item is received.
Must include an unboxing video of the sealed package along with the shipping invoice.
