Refund & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Accepted Claims

  • Goods received do not match the product ordered.
  • Goods are damaged / defective upon receipt (with unboxing video proof).
  • Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 1 × 24 hours of receiving the goods.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Contact our CS team via WhatsApp at +62 812-8927-8104.
  2. Send:
    • Unboxing video of the still-sealed package (mandatory).
    • Photo of the condition of the received product.
    • Order number / invoice.
  3. The CS team will verify within a maximum of 1 × 24 hours.
  4. Once approved: we will exchange the product or refund the money according to the original payment method.

What is NOT Included in Claims

  • Decrease in quality due to collective courier service (Same Day) — please inform this when choosing the shipping service.
  • Claims submitted after 1 × 24 hours.
  • Without unboxing video proof.
  • Products whose seals have been opened without any indication of defect from us.

Refund Processing Time

Once the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within:

  • 1 – 3 business days for e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay).
  • 3 – 7 business days for bank transfers.
  • 7 – 14 business days for credit cards (depending on the issuing bank's policy).
