About Products
Are Indoguna products Halal certified?
Yes. All our meats and processed products are Halal MUI certified, processed in facilities that are also ISO certified for hygienic standards.
Are products sold fresh or frozen?
The majority of our products are frozen to maintain freshness. Some products such as vegetables and fruits are delivered chilled. Details about the condition can be found on each product page.
How long do frozen products last?
When stored in a freezer at -18°C, our frozen products last until the expiry date on the packaging (generally 3 – 6 months from the production date).

How do I order?

What are the operating hours?
Monday – Saturday (Sundays & public holidays closed). Same Day cutoff: Mon-Fri 13.00. Instant cutoff: Mon-Fri 15.00, Sat 12.00.
How is delivery handled?
Delivery uses GOJEK Instant or GRAB Instant to maintain the quality of chilled products. Each package includes an ice pack. Same Day service estimated 3 – 6 hours (collective courier).
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Purchases above IDR 1,000,000 can be transacted via Instagram @indoguna_utama for free shipping.
About Returns
What is the return policy?
Items can be exchanged if they do not match the product title. Claims are accepted a maximum of 1 × 24 hours after the item is received, by including an unboxing video of the sealed package along with the shipping invoice. Details on the Refund Policy page.
About Payments
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and QRIS.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Credit card and e-wallet payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
